If you only want to record a few handsets then the best way would be to mirror each of the handsets you want to record to a dedicated port on the network switch which will be connected to the recording server. This will record all voice calls on those specific handsets.
At the moment we support G7.11 aLaw/uLaw so they would need to be set to that codec. These recordings would then be associated with their respective call record within TIM Plus/Enterprise so all playback would be done directly through the web interface. You can then apply the usual reporting filters to the reports to find specific numbers/people.
If you want to record a lot of extensions then setting up each extension may be a little time consuming, so you could mirror the hub and GW directly. Initially this would record everything, but you can set extensions within TIM Plus/Enterprise to "Do not record" if you don't want their audio saved.
