We have 50 sites. Head office has 140 extensions and the remote sites have approximately 10 each. How many licenses do I need?

1 x TIM Enterprise 700 license will easily allow you to log all fifty sites. There is no site license charge as TIM Enterprise allows you to log an unlimited number of sites in a single central license. We would need to look at the network infrastructure you have in place to identify the best way to transfer call data from the remote sites to the main site for processing.

I have 20 sites and use a number of different systems. 10 are served by one large Cisco UCM, 4 have Avaya IP Office’s and there are also several legacy PBXs across the estate. We have a WAN between sites.

I need to log all centrally and still have the ability to allow the managers of individual sites access to all call information for their respective sites. I also need to allow the managers of each group or team to be able to view data for their team as well as provide them with scheduled weekly reports.

Which product would be best suited to our needs?

TIM Enterprise is definitely the product required here are there are no limits to the number of sites that you can log.

Managers of individual sites/groups/teams can have their own unique login that will restrict them to their own specific areas of interest. You will also be able to set up reporting collection groups for teams that span multiple sites.

There is no limit to the number of concurrent users access the system.

Please can you confirm whether TIM Enterprise will be able to offer the following:

MS SQL Database Backend, an Avaya Communications Manager Platform configured with one core server and 22 other sites feeding data back to the core server - the reporting should be able to show calls from all 600 endpoints.

TIM Enterprise can use an MS SQL backend and can easily log 600 endpoints across 22 sites. Also note that you do NOT have to pay any additional site license fees as TIM Enterprise is costed only by user!
