The smallest version is TIM Plus 50 which allows you to log up to 50 users. If you need to log more users, it can be increased to 100 users and further incremented by adding additional user blocks up to a maximum of 400.
TIM Plus can log data from up to five sites. These sites can be a mixture of on-premise or cloud-based PBXs or they can be online collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
No, you can have different PBX on each site. TIM Plus captures data using a variety of methods from all types of on-premise and cloud-based PBXs, as well as online collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and so on.
You can give access to as many people as you want. Simply add them as web users (there is no associated cost). Also there are no restrictions
on the number of concurrent users who can access our TIM products.
Yes, alarms can be set when certain call parameters are met. These can send automatic e-mail notification to one or more users
as soon as the trigger is activated. They can be set on many different call properties, including duration, cost, dialled number(s), missed calls, etc.
Alarm's can also be set on Stats collection's where you want to trigger an alarm once particular thresholds are met.
You can add or change PBX connections yourself through the user interface, free of charge, unless you're adding a Cloud Connector for services such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
In this case, you'll need to make sure you have a Cloud Connector subscription in place for this, which is separate to your TIM Plus subscription or annual support charge.
No, there is no limit! We are trying to encourage you to use the product. To create an additional user, somebody with administrator access simply needs to add a
new user, and allocate a valid username and password.
When scheduled reports are delivered as web-reports, users can drill up and down. If they are scheduled to be delivered in other formats e.g. PDFs, obviously this facility isn't
available.
TIM Plus will process and store the call as soon as it’s received. This is normally within seconds of the calls finishing. During call processing, you still have
full access to all of your reports and display boards.
Yes. All versions of TIM will allow you to see how busy your system gets throughout the day. This will allow you to make decisions about cutting off redundant lines,
or getting new ones installed to stop callers getting busy tone. Both TIM Plus and TIM Enterprise will allow you to re-order all columns in this report on-the-fly.
TIM Plus will allow you to collect data from up to 400 users on up to 5 sites/PBXs which are typically connected over a network. Our Cloud Connector add-ons are also available as a subscription service when a permanent connection to a cloud-hosted service is required.
If you log more than one site, data can be combined, but there are limits if extensions numbers are repeated at each site. If yours is a large network of interconnected PBXs with many hundreds or thousands of users, you can upgrade to TIM Enterprise which will allow you to log an unlimited number of Sites/PBXs.
As soon as a call has finished, within a matter of seconds, it is processed and safely stored in its database, allowing immediate access through any of its reports.
Furthermore, any calls meeting user-defined criteria can be set to start an audible alarm, the details of which are immediately sent by e-mail.
